Privacy Policy

StayPilot processes limited operational data solely to provide its services.

The following data may be processed:

• Room number
• Guest name (optional)
• Number of guests
• Company name

No sensitive personal data is collected.

All data is stored securely within a protected cloud environment (Google Workspace / Google Cloud).

All data is automatically deleted after a maximum of 7 days.

Data is not shared with third parties and is used exclusively to provide the StayPilot service.

Each hotel has access only to its own data.
