StayPilot acts as a data processor on behalf of the hotel, which acts as the data controller.
StayPilot processes data solely for the purpose of supporting hotel breakfast operations.
The processed data may include:
- Room number
- Guest name (optional)
- Number of guests
- Company name
No sensitive personal data is processed.
Data is retained for a maximum of 7 days and is automatically deleted thereafter.
All data is stored in a secure cloud environment with restricted access.
Data is not shared with third parties.
Each hotel’s data is logically separated and protected from unauthorized access.
